The Kortz Center Heist in FiveM, and why FXServer 35245 is now required
Support for the latest GTA Online update, a new way of loading Title Updates and a hard deadline: since 15 October you can't connect to old servers anymore.
Content from the GTA Online update The Kortz Center Heist is now available in FiveM. It lands first on the canary channel for server versions 35245 and up; Cfx.re will announce on Discord when it moves to the other branches.
A new way of loading Title Updates
More important than the heist itself: FXServer 35245 is the new Recommended version, and from this build on the FiveM client always runs the latest stable GTAV executable. Only the Title Update content your server asks for via sv_enforceGameBuild gets loaded. This has existed as an opt-in experiment since 2024 and is now the default.
